Nigerian police officer exposed while negotiating for bribe

This is such a shame. It further buttress the point that have always been made about the appalling state of the Nigerian Police Force. Reports say the Policeman has been arrested but it is not yet confirmed. If him and his collaborators are still at large, the authorities will do well to arrest and prosecute them so as to serve as a deterrent to others who might want to do such things.
