Embattled leader of River state house of Assembly Mr Chidi Llyod had sued the Nigerian Police for the sum of 50 Million naira. He claimed that he was toured and blindfolded when he was being detained by the police. Mr Llyod has been granted bail today by a Rivers state high court sitting in Port Harcourt.
